Thank you for shopping with Maritza Lisa.

Each artwork is printed to order specifically for you. Because products are custom-made upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact hello@maritzalisa.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Because products are made to order, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply under local laws. However, customized and made-to-order products may be exempt from standard withdrawal and cancellation rights where permitted by law.
